Refund policy

Every Mac gets 14 days of Pro before anything is paid, so you can try ilha first. Paddle.com, our reseller and merchant of record, handles every refund.

Within 14 days, a full refund

Pro is one payment, which never renews by itself. Within 14 days of it, you can have it refunded in full, no reason needed. Ask Paddle at paddle.net with your order's email address, or write to support@ilha.app and we'll ask Paddle for you.

What a refund does

Paddle returns the money to how you paid; your bank may take a few days to show it. The license ends with it: each Mac using it goes back to Free at its next check, within a day or so.

Your rights

This policy adds to the rights the law where you live gives you, and takes none away, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the European Union and the United Kingdom, or Brazil's 7 days to cancel, which Paddle's refund policy describes.
