Who sells ilha

ilha is made by Rafael Ali Oliveira Khalil, an individual in São Paulo, Brazil (“the seller”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

So you buy ilha Pro from Paddle, under Paddle's Buyer Terms, and Paddle takes the payment, charges the tax and sends the invoice. These terms cover ilha itself and the license you buy.

What ilha is

ilha is a Mac app that shows how much of their limits your AI coding CLIs' accounts have used, and switches between those accounts. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI. You use your accounts with them under their terms, which may limit how many accounts one person holds or how they're used; keeping to them is up to you.

Free, the trial and Pro

• Free is the island for the account each CLI is using, at no cost.
• Every Mac gets 14 days of Pro the first time ilha opens on it, with no sign-up.
• Pro adds several accounts per provider, switching between them, auto-switch, and Insights, for 1, 2 or 3 Macs.

Licenses

A purchase is a license for the number of Macs (seats) you chose: 1, 2 or 3. Its key turns on Pro on a Mac. Activating it on another Mac when every seat is taken frees the seat used longest ago, which goes back to Free at its next check. To move a license from 1 Mac to 2 or 3, write to support@ilha.app. A license is for you, or for your organization's people when an organization buys it: don't resell it, publish its key, or get around its checks.

The key is shown once, on the page after checkout, and isn't emailed. Keep it somewhere safe; if you lose it, write to support@ilha.app and the seller will find it from your purchase.

Price and updates

• Pro is one payment: $20 for 1 Mac, $30 for 2 Macs, or $40 for 3 Macs, in US dollars, plus any sales tax or VAT as checkout shows for where you are. It doesn't renew by itself.
• It includes a year of updates, from the day you buy. After the year, ilha keeps working with every feature: a version released while your license had updates keeps working for good, and versions released after it run as Free until you renew.
• Renewing for another year of updates is optional, at the price shown when you renew.

How a license is checked

ilha checks its license with this website when it opens and about once a day after, as the privacy policy describes. Pro keeps working without a connection for up to 30 days from the last check. A purchase that's refunded goes back to Free at the next check.

No warranty

ilha comes as it is. It reads and swaps the logins your CLIs keep on your Mac, and its figures come from the providers, who can change them, or how they're read, without notice. As far as the law allows, the seller isn't liable for lost work or data, for indirect losses, or for what a provider does to your accounts, and the seller's liability for anything else is limited to what you paid for ilha in the 12 months before.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right the consumer law of where you live gives you.

Changes, and the law

The seller may change these terms; a change applies to purchases after it's published here. Brazilian law governs them, and the courts of São Paulo (SP), Brazil, settle disputes, unless the consumer law of where you live lets you bring them there.
